REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the conditions under which refunds may be granted for products and services offered through searchgrowthhub.com (the “Platform”) operated by Marketing 2026 (the “Company”).

By purchasing any product, service, subscription, or trial access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


A. APPLICABILITY

This Policy applies to all users, customers, and subscribers who purchase paid digital products, services, subscriptions, or trial offers through the Platform.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Company’s Terms of Use.


B. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

If you qualify as a consumer under applicable EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment, without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires once:

  • digital content has been made available, and
  • you have expressly consented to immediate performance, and
  • you have acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.

C. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund may be granted provided that:

  • the request is submitted within 14 days of payment, and
  • no abuse, fraudulent behavior, or violation of the Terms of Use is detected, and
  • access to the Services has not been used beyond a reasonable level.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s sole discretion.


D. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds are generally not issued in the following cases:

  • requests submitted after the 14-day period,
  • substantial or continued use of digital content,
  • repeated refund requests by the same user,
  • violations of the Terms of Use,
  • account suspension or termination due to misuse or abuse.

Subscription fees are not prorated once a billing cycle has started.


E. TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Trial access and promotional pricing are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trial fees are non-refundable once access to the Platform has been granted.


F. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

To request a refund, you must submit a request to:

  • the email address used for the purchase,
  • transaction or payment reference,
  • date of purchase,
  • a brief explanation of the request.

Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.


G. REVIEW AND PROCESSING

Refund requests are typically reviewed within five (5) business days.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and are outside the Company’s control.


H. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND DESCRIPTORS

Payments may be processed via third-party providers. Charges may appear under alternative business or technical descriptors associated with the Company.

The Company is not responsible for delays or processing times caused by payment service providers.


I. ABUSE PREVENTION

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds and restrict or terminate accounts where abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback manipulation, or repeated refund behavior is detected.


J. POLICY CHANGES

This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version published on the Platform is binding from the date of publication.
